The Information Resource Collective (IRC) provides clients information for their healthcare or other needs. Our database is very diverse to match the diversity and needs of our clients. We have information for addiction programs, medical needs, mental health resources, shelters, foodstuffs and meals, legal services, HIV and STD programs, and much more.
